Florence & Tuscany
For art lovers there is nowhere quite like Florence. As ‘Cradle of the Renaissance’ the city’s museums are unequalled in their paintings and sculptures. This is before we even think of Brunelleschi and his dome.
Defining the landscape of the city are the great churches of the Franciscans and Dominicans, treasure troves that remind us that these communities shaped the cultural development of Europe. They sit alongside the palaces of the Medici and their peers whose artistic patronage helped change the course of art history.
Looking to the wider region of Tuscany there are a plethora of riches. Siena, Arezzo, Lucca, Cortona, San Gimignano, Pienza, and Montepulciano, are just a few of the more famous towns, all of which contain wonderful things to see.
Our offering in the region is geared entirely to discovering the hidden secrets. We organise visits to palaces which are strictly private and we arrange private visits to the major museums, so you can enjoy the art in peace.
We also arrange beautiful private villas out in the countryside of Tuscany for families and groups of friends.
